We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to spearhead our growth across North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, loves solving real customer challenges, and is passionate about the future of supply chain technology.
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and closing new opportunities, while building strong, lasting relationships with supply chain leaders and innovators.
- Identify and target mid-market and enterprise companies in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics sectors.
- Lead full-cycle sales efforts, from prospecting and qualification to solution demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and market fit based on customer feedback.
- Develop deep understanding of Hexight’s solutions to communicate value propositions clearly and effectively.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track and report on opportunities and activities.
- Represent Hexight at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings. Collaborate with customer success and implementation teams to ensure seamless post-sale transitions.
- 4+ years of SaaS, B2B technology, or supply chain software sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, forecasting, or enterprise planning solutions is a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, or distribution sectors preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales productivity platforms.
