Hexight specializes in AI for supply chain management, offering solutions that help factories and warehouses make smarter and faster business decisions. Our expertise includes demand forecasting, experiment-driven planning, and probabilistic planning/forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

HR OPERATIONS

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding end-to-end
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll preparation and benefits administration

RECRUITMENT

  • Build recruitment infrastructure as the sole recruiter in a startup environment
  • Own the recruitment process end-to-end, across R&D, sales and executive roles
  • Conduct HR interviews and reference calls, negotiate offers, and prepare contracts

HR BUSINESS PARTNERING

  • Support executives and VPs on HR-related decisions
  • Own the company feedback process and wellbeing surveys

WELFARE MANAGEMENT

  • Plan team events, meetings, and travel logistics
  • Build and protect a positive, fast-paced workplace culture
  • Manage the office environment, facilities, and vendor relationships

OPERATIONS SUPPORT

  • Assist the CEO with operational needs

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who owns problems and runs with them without being asked. The candidate should meet the following minimal qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a similar field
  • Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience, including at a small stage startup
  • Proven experience building recruitment infrastructure at a startup
  • Experience working with Executive suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew
  • Experience with office management and logistics
  • Experience dealing with monetary affairs - payroll, salary negotiation, receipts, etc.
  • Discretion handling confidential HR information

Advantages

Candidates with the following experience will be highly regarded:

  • Master’s degree or higher in relevant field, from a well-regarded university
  • Experience as the sole HR of a company
  • Experience working with Claude or other AI tools
